Who is Larry “Jazz” Anthony?

Let us divulge who this R&B crooner is… Jazz (born Larry Eugene Anthony, Jr. on April 23, 1978 in Baltimore, Maryland) is an R&B singer, songwriter, and Dancer. He is best known as a member of the successful R&B group Dru Hill, serving as second lead singer for the group.

In 1992, Nokio the N-Tity, Mark Andrews and James Green formed an American singing group Dru Hill. He joined this musical group two years later after this group was formed. He is known for being one of the main members of the R&B group Dru Hill. Dru Hill began recording their debut album in 1995 and they recorded it till the end of 1996. Their self-titled debut studio album Dru Hill was released on 19th of November 1996. With the release of their debut album, they began recording their second album and their second album Enter the Dru was released on 27th of October 1998. Their 3rd album Dru World Order was released at the end of 2002.

In early 2008, the original quartet version of Dru Hill began touring alongside fellow 1990s R&B acts Tony! Toni! Toné!, Bell Biv Devoe, and their former producer Keith Sweat. On March 6, the group appeared on WERQ, a Baltimore radio station, to promote their reunion. In the midst of their interview, however, Woody announced he was quitting the group again to dedicate himself to his gospel ministry. A YouTube video shows Sisqó walking out on the interview as a result, and Woody, Nokio, and Jazz fighting.

Finally “Jazz” has decided to venture solo and produce True R&B in the purest form. A throwback of what real music is about. Jazz is quoted “My music will make you happy, fall in love, and give you a sense of what pure R&B music is all about”

He has shown this in his current project – “All Your Love”
